2. About MoneyBag Capital Distribution

MoneyBag Capital Distribution is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and does not provide personalised investment advice.

3. Scope of Services

Our services include:

• Distribution of Regular Plan mutual fund schemes from SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs)
• Facilitating KYC completion, account opening, and investor onboarding
• Processing SIP registrations, lumpsum investments, redemptions, and switches
• Providing general educational information about mutual funds, SIPs, and related topics

Our services do not include personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or financial planning requiring SEBI Investment Adviser registration.

5. Commission Disclosure

MoneyBag Capital Distribution distributes Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. Regular Plans carry a higher Total Expense Ratio (TER) than Direct Plans of the same scheme, as they include distributor commissions paid by the AMC.

By investing through MoneyBag Capital Distribution, you acknowledge that:

• You are investing in Regular Plans
• MoneyBag Capital Distribution receives trail commission from AMCs in respect of your investments (upfront commission to distributors has been prohibited since SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2018/137 dated October 22, 2018)
• This commission structure may create a potential conflict of interest
• Commission rates are disclosed in accordance with AMFI guidelines and are available on request

Investors who prefer a no-commission structure may consider investing in Direct Plans through AMCs directly or through a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

• Are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law
• Are KYC-compliant as per SEBI/AMFI requirements before transacting
• Will not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose
• Will not misrepresent your identity or provide false, incomplete, or misleading information
• Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Will not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any website content without prior written permission

Note: Mutual fund distribution disputes are not covered by the Exchange Investor Redressal Forum or stock exchange arbitration mechanisms, which apply only to broking activities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
